At 0xpo Crossroads, a conference held in San Francisco on November 3, Blocknative CEO Matt Cutler discussed his Web3 origin story and Blocknative’s business with Decrypt’s Jason Nelson. Matt shared his insights on the crypto space, including the misconceptions he has noticed in the industry.

In December 2022, Decrypt Studios hosted the inaugural Crypties awards gala at Art Basel in Miami. Josh Ostrovsky, known as „The Fat Jewish“ served as the emcee for the event, which was sponsored by several crypto projects, including Polygon, Filecoin Foundation, Lamina1, Async, BeetsDAO, The Gold Mask, Gem Set, Breakout, Anonymous, Infinite Objects, Ape Water, Decentralized Pictures, and Vault 721. At the gala, nine statuettes were awarded to a range of crypto projects.

Tezos co-founder Kathleen Breitman spoke at Web Summit in Lisbon in January 2023 on the Tezos blockchain’s proof-of-stake mechanism and progressive decentralization. In addition, representatives from Slow Ventures, Volt Capital, Conviction, and AngelBlock joined Decrypt’s Jason Nelson at 0xpo Summit in San Francisco on November 3 to discuss raising venture money in a bear market. The panel discussed the challenges of fundraising in uncertain economic times and highlighted the success stories of the companies involved.
