Our mascot is the 'Dancing Hippo', a hippopotamus perched on one foot
balancing on a lily pad, signifying that with patience and hard work,
anything is possible.

Welcome to Troop 54!

hippo mascot Boy Scout Troop 54, located in Woodland Hills, CA welcomes all boys in the 6th grade and above.  We camp, hike, provide community service and explore new challenges through a program that provides opportunities for personal advancement and achievement. Founded in 1940, Troop 54 has served hundreds of young men over the years, with some reaching the rank of  Eagle Scout, achieving the highest rank in Boy Scouts.
